ocinewcursor -- Return a new cursor (Statement-Handle)

Syntax

resource ocinewcursor ( resource conn )

ocinewcursor() allocates a new statement handle on the specified connection.

Example 1. Using a REF CURSOR from a stored procedure in Oracle
